Running mate-picking expert gives advice.
Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) told FOX News
on Wednesday that he thought that President Barack Obama should replace
Vice President Joe Biden with Hillary Clinton on the ticket. His
remarks came in light of Biden’s most recent comments in which he told a
heavily black audience in a Virginia city with a past history of racial
conflict that Republicans are “gonna put y’all back in chains.” [link]
