Trump's so-called "understanding" of how dangerous Covid-19 was (and is) as revealed in Woodward's book Rage, is no understanding at all. Trump was merely parroting what he had been told, in order to show off his 'omnipotence' to Woodward. Being the totally self-absorbed narcissist that Trump is, do you really believe that he would have eschewed masks, distancing, and other forms of self-protection if he truly comprehended the dangers?
